Meet Our Visionary Leader

Mewa Lal is a dedicated farmer in Uttar Pradesh who truly believes in the power of nature. He’s taken great steps to prove it! Inspired by his elders, who used to create fertilizer by composting natural products like leaves, waste wood, and other biodegradable materials, Mewa Lal set out to make this process even better. After lots of experimentation, he developed a fantastic formula for a natural liquid fertilizer. This amazing invention transforms organic refuse into a fluid bacterial culture that many affectionately call “Black Alcohal.” After conducting trials over several harvest seasons that showed great results, many farmers were eager to switch from chemical to natural fertilizers. Mewa Lal generously distributed 4,897 liters of his natural liquid fertilizer at no cost, helping to enhance the quality of 121 hectares of land. In fact, in one village, Lilauli, this initiative eliminated the need for 1,500 tons of chemical fertilizers, leading to a remarkable 30% boost in productivity!

The best way to keep Roads & Streets Clean is by avoiding them from getting dirty

The best way to maintain clean roads and streets is to prevent them from getting dirty in the first place. A well-managed waste collection system ensures that garbage is handled efficiently without unnecessary spillage or reprocessing. Garbage and bins should be handled properly to avoid double handling, reducing the chances of waste scattering. Additionally, collected waste must be transported securely to prevent it from spilling onto roads and streets, which not only causes littering but also adds to sanitation issues. By ensuring proper waste disposal practices and responsible handling, we can create cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable urban spaces.
